Did great work fast

The office was quick to accommodate our schedule. We told them that another HVAC company said it was our compressor. It was not. He diagnosed the issue and our AC was repaired and cooling in 30 minutes.

They sent two really considerate and knowledgeable techs. They did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. I had a concern afterwords, and the owner and a different tech promptly came out and took care of it with a smile. Great to work with.

I was very pleased with Mikeâ s tenacity in trying to fix my humidifier. Unfortunately it was beyond its life expectancy and I needed a new one. Thankfully I received a military discount and was very pleased with the service.

Timely and professional

I hired Easy Heating and Air through Home Advisor. I was very impressed with the bid and the service from the bidder from Easy. I was excited to have Easy come into my new home to do some duct work in the attic. When the crew arrived, the installation of the ductwork was done in a very professional manner. But I was NOT pleased with the cleanup in the attic after the installation. I called Easy after giving a 4-star review on Home Advisor for clean up. I was SO impressed when the President of the Company (Kelly Martin) called me and met with me to make everything right with the clean-up. Kelly was SO kind and knowledgeable and wanted to make everything right. He sent out his crew again and they were so kind and desired to have the space left how I wanted it to be left. They did not question me at all as I told them what I felt. They just happily and professionally did the cleanup. They were great! I was so appreciative. I have since updated my review in Home Advisor to five stars and am now leaving this note so everyone knows that Easy is good with their word to be VERY professional. I was SO IMPRESSED. I will have them come out again when I need them and would recommend them because of their work and their service. Thanks to Kelly and his good staff!

Paul & Chris were very thorough and professional with my hot water heater replacement. They took time to explain the howls and whys of the install and showed me how everything works. Easy Heating and Air is a great company to work with. They replaced our furnace and water heater. From their customer service to their installation crew, they were all courteous and conscientious, very professional in every way.

I was very pleased with the duct work and the contractor was very nice. But the clean up was horrible! They left tools, insulation and debris everywhere.
