We emailed our problem at midnight, got a call from Easy at 8 a.m. and had a technician here by 10. Lead technician Mike also called to let us know he was on his way and upon arrival was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all questions and explained all options before repair. Highly recommend to others!

This was a checkup visit after complete system install last Fall,Mike Thompson was excellent-he explained everything he was looking at and was professional and friendly.

We had our AC unit and furnace replaced, and Easy arrived early and finished the job earlier than I expected as well. They were friendly and helpful and made sure everything was working and cleaned up by the time they left. We have only had the new units for a couple days, so time will tell how everything works in the long run, but so far we are very pleased with our experience with this company!

Very professional all around. After two days with four guys crawling in our crawlspace, attic and assorted places in between, they successfully installed two new furnace/AC units, two new outside A/C a tankless water heater and four snazzy app-controllable thermostats. They went above and beyond repairing shoddy construction work (from original build) along the way and made sure the installation equipment and layout met the dimensional and square footage needs of the house.

i had them come out and replace the water heater with a tankless unit. they did a great job all around. so I had them look at the furnace which was hitting 18yrs of service. they took it down to the frame and showed me everything that was wrong and what could happen next winter. I decided to get a new unit and they gave me a great price. they came out the next day and did a fantastic installation. everything was neat and clean. looked better than the original unit. Tony and Steve did a great job.

We interviewed 4 different contractors for the replacement of our 23 yr. old HVAC system. Hands down they are the most easy to work with,knowledgeable,polite, prompt and professional. Pricing is right in there or a little less than the other companies and they don't try to push more on you than what you need. Morgan spent quite a bit of time with us explaining the different systems and answered every question we had thoroughly. Recommend them highly. These guys are simply amazing! They came and installed a new furnace and AC unit and were done within a day. They were quick and efficient even when they ran into problems since the house is a little older. They are very affordable and I will never call anyone else but them ever again. Can't recommend this company enough and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The best thing about them is they are just great people.

This was the only company where the rep had shoe covers to protect my carpet. They offered me what I thought was a great deal and compared with the others, it was. I contacted them for install of a tank less water heater and mentioned my furnace was old and the AC was not working. He put together a very attractive package offer that I accepted on a Friday and they showed up ready to go on Monday morning. They laid down cloth carpet runners to keep things clean and got right to work. This was a pretty extensive job and they had it finished, inspected and ready by 3:30 PM on Tuesday. The technician explained the workings of everything and showed me how to operate the new smart thermostat. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC type of work.

We received three bids within an hour of requesting services through Home advisor. We chose Easy Heating and Air because they were able to send a technician out on a Saturday without overcharging. Hector Valverde was the technician who helped us. We recently purchased a 1970s home without a home inspection contingency and needed the furnace, hot water heater and A/C evaluated. Hector was prompt, kind and professional. He provided a very detailed review and even provided recommendations for slight improvements for energy efficiency and water damage prevention. We will be using their maintenance program moving forward.
