The experience went very well. The sales consultant, Russ Ham, was wonderful to work with. I found Dillabaugh's prices a bit high but the quality of the carpet and the crew that installed it was worth it as well as Russ allowing me to keep many samples of carpet until I could make up my mind. Also, I appreciated Russ checking on how installation was going and following up the next day to see how it all looked.

The installation turned out to be a complete disaster and never was completed to our satisfaction. The project that should have taken three days (Dillabaugh's time estimate) wound up having our house torn up for nearly a month. Their original installer was totally unprofessional in several ways, not the least of which was that we came home unexpectedly to find him having a picnic in our house with his girl friend and their two dogs, music blaring, when he was supposed to be working alone. The laminate flooring had to be torn up and completely redone as there was a very obvious ridge across the entire width of the dining room where the underlayment hadn't been property leveled. The carpet installation wasn't bad except at the nail strips in the door ways where the nail points poke thru the trim boards, and the carpet is badly frayed where they apparently cut it too short for the strips to catch. After months of repeated calls and personal visits to both the sales people and store manager failed to have these things corrected, we finally gave up. We're now in the midst of a $60,000 kitchen remodel, including cabinetry and flooring. We understand that Dillabaugh's does both. We've contracted with other companies to complete our remodel.

We worked with James to select our flooring products and arrange the installation. He was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable of their products and what would work best in our home. We were so confident with this company that we ended up having them replace the flooring in an upstairs bathroom and re-do the kitchen countertops as well. The installers were courteous and paid attention to detail. They were running a bit behind schedule due to an issue picking up materials, but called us multiple times to apologize for the delay and update us on when they would arrive. They did a good job with a tricky install area. James followed up with us after the installers were finished to make sure everything met our expectations. I would definitely recommend using them again!

It looks like a brand new house. It was the extra touches like putting down KILZ when I asked them to and cutting extra pieces of the flooring as a kick guard in the kitchen that give them an A+. This was the third bid, and they were a little higher but they scheduled the job one week out and finished in three days. Excellent.

Osa was very professional, listened to our needs, was responsive, time sensitive, and all around created a perfect experience. The work was performed in a timely and professional manner and it is very sharp and detailed. We had received several bids and several bidders did not show up. Dillabaugh was the most professional and reasonable and we are very pleased with our decision to work with them.

They gave me a quote of $ 9000 and have been so far so good. They have been very helpful but I have not had much experience with them so far. So far they have met everything on time.

It went great! Shawn, the store manager, was my salesperson. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. He was willing to show me as many different kinds/patterns of vinyl as I wanted to see. He told me when the vinyl I picked would come in and he was right on. The vinyl was installed by Leo. Leo came when he was supposed to and did a great job. He was very friendly and professional too. Our new floors look wonderful. I am very happy!
