Choice Carpet Cleaning

Scott arrived 10 minutes before 9am (the time we scheduled). He was quick, efficient, personable, and paid attention to details. He was friendly and courteous, and I appreciated that he was kid-friendly as my 4 children 7 and under watched him work. He was conscientious about different spots on my carpet, and I appreciated having my carpets and stairs cleaned! I purchased his Groupon for up to 800 square feet for $35, and then paid him an additional $1 per stair (14 stairs). His unit is a truck mounted steam extraction service. He did not have a brush on his steam wand, but the enzymatic pretreatment cleaner he used seemed to do a pretty decent job. My dark traffic patterns on the stairs and along the hallway are significantly lighter. Whole house smells fresh and carpets are damp but not soaking.
