We had a great need for additional bookshelves, and decided to add them inside two walk-in closets. Jack came out, took very exact measurements and made use of every inch of space. His drawings were excellent, very detailed and precise. Jack offered a choice of three different shelf finishes and he and his colleague went to work, finishing up in just a few hours. The project went extremely well. Jack Cook was very professional and very helpful as he listened to what we wanted. He makes all components from scratch, and was willing and able to make exactly what we wanted. His design drawings were very clear, so we were certain when fabrication began that we were getting just what we wanted. Jack has been doing this for quite a while, and was able to make many helpful suggestions thoughout the design process. We made a few changes as we went along, and Jack was very accomodating. For example, we installed the sinks a little differently than he had expected and as a result the drawers under the sinks didn't fit quite right. Jack did not hesitate to pick the sinks up and modify them to work correctly - no charge, no delay, no problem. He finished the work very quickly, and was actually ready to deliver and install before the rest of the project was ready. The materials and workmanship are tremendous, and the finished project is beautiful!
