 + -1 moreThe standard water heater that was installed is operating fine. The mini water heater has failed (in less than 2 years) and is now being repaired by a different plumbing company. Byers Plumbing wanted to be our "go-to" plumber for our business, however, the last 3 times we have needed a plumber, he has failed to answer our calls or respond to voice mails. During our most recent issue, we called Byers Plumbing specifically because we paid for the electrical elements for the on-demand water heater and he said he would keep them for us, so that when they burned out, he wouldn't have to order them and cause down-time for our business. Since he won't return our calls, we have now lost our invested money in those elements.
Description of Work: We have a small business with several locations. At one location, Byers Plumbing installed a water heater. At another, he installed a mini-water heater and changed electric elements in an on-demand water heater.

Description of Work: Mike was prompt with the appointment. Discovered that the gas line did not need moved afterall. Mike made an adjustment on the stove and was finished. Best surprise was no charge.
