+ -1 moreThe work done did not meet the requested work, even though the contractor said he had done plenty of these. Grab bars where placed in none functional places for handicap needs of support, the shower head is so high wife can not reach it, toilets where also oversized for the space allotted. There was no communication by the contractor as to where the grab bars should be, then the one he was told where to locate grab bar ended up so close to the existing shower tub surround can not even get hand around it.
Description of Work: Need a bathtub shower removed and handicap accessible shower and toilet work done. Specified shower surround and toilet requirements. Contractor did not listen to needs and wrote down what he thought was said, which is not what was discussed.

+ -1 moreThe job was done professionally, with great service and attention to detail. No surprises...the job process was thoroughly explained in advance, and was completed on time. There was an issue near the end when the supplier made a mistake on the door, but Bathman quickly resolved the issue at no expense to us. The end result is that we now have a larger, gorgeous shower that is an upgrade from what we had before. A very good deal!
Description of Work: Installed a new shower in our master bath.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Todd Elchlepp is a very personable person, easy to work with. He has a great understanding of what he does.I told him what I wanted and it turned out to be just like I wanted it to. Todd had me step in and out of the tub so we knew it would be safe. I have been able to enjoy the bathtub and shower--safe for seniors. Plus it is beautiful !!! Mary Christon
Description of Work: The shower and tub were completely changed. Shower-inside-completely new look, rain shower head,new seat, new door,new fixtures, safety hand rails. The tub--took out old tub, built new platform for around the new tub, hand rails, fixtures and a step. The acrylic has no grout lines, nonporous,no chipping,fading or peeling. It has been two years since I have had this done and it looks the same as the day it was put in.
