Asqueta Glass lied to us about years of experience and ability to do the job. Installed it completely wrong and tried to give the vehicle back with very obvious faults and errors along with damage to the vehicle. Gave several attempts to do it right and still they could not get it done correctly and continued to damage the vehicle further. Found out later that they did not have the years of experience and only been in business for about a year or so. They took over a name of some other business and did not actually buy the business that had been there previously nor did any of their installers have the years of experience stated. That is now confirmed by the Idaho Secretary of State Business registrations. After multiple attempts and their inability to correctly do the job and much damage to the car body and interior my wife and I asked for our money back. It was denied by Asqueta glass and they refused to accept responsibility for their lack of business ethics and lack of proper workmanship. Finally, had to take them to court and sue them for our money back and for the damage they did to the vehicle. Asqueta Glass and the owner of the business, Becky Tackett had the audacity to even file a counter claim against us for supposed "extra work" they did attempting to correct the job and damaging our classic vehicle further. Around November of 2012, the case went to court in Canyon County, Idaho and the Judge easily decided in our favor. The impression of the judge was very disgusted at Asqueta Glass. In other words, everything that is written here is true. The case number and judgment in our favor and against Asqueta Glass and Becky Tackett is CV-12-11407-N. This in the Third Judicial District, State of Idaho, Canyon County, Small Claims. The amount was for about double the original cost of doing the job. $1100 for the job not done and about a $900 for damage and court costs. We then still had to get the job done right and repair the damage done to our vehicle. Which my wife and I did (definitely not through them). The whole experience with Asqueta Glass was horrendous and very stressful and definitely would not recommend their services for anything. They mislead and/or lie about their experience and expertise to do glass.
