I have been using them off and on for the last 10 years. I like the fact that they are very responsive and they are professional. They could have excellent service. I am not a guy that just gives A's away, there has to be something special.

Paul Ricketts was contacted to submit a bid on changing our Mobile Home from an all Electric Service to a Natural Gas Service including a new Furnace/Air Conditioner and Water Heater. Additionally, and as part of his bid, he was asked to convert a Mother-in-Law apartment from a propane to a Natural Gas service. This also included an A/C upgrade. His bid, incidentally the best, was extremely satisfactory when compared with three other local contractors. Numerous obstacles surfaced during this transition on both the Mobile and the Mother-in-Law apartment. All were met with the highest degree of professionalism by Paul and his crew. They provided detailed explanations of the difficulties encountered. Every worker provided the absolute highest degree of expert craftsmanship and ensured very limited inconvenience to us, his customer. Additionally, these issues were dealt with by Paul, without any increase in his original bid! We now have the far less expensive and much more efficient Natural Gas units in both residences and are delighted with his OUTSTANDING Customer Service efforts! Paul at Air 1 Heating and Cooling was the ONLY contractor to offer a Military/Senior Discount! Not only does he offer more than fair services for your hard earned dollar, but, and this is huge, He honestly cares about his Military and Senior customers! We highly recommend Air 1 Heating and Cooling to anyone contemplating any aspect of Heating and Air Conditioning services.

I've always had the worst luck with furnaces. That is, I've always encountered the strangest issues and the hardest problems to figure out. Everything just makes Paul scratch his head. But Paul always either figures it out on his own or he calls and gets help and ask questions and then figures it out. Paul is a very easy going, humble, hardworking man. The only downside to Paul is that there isn't enough of him to go around. That's why I gave him a couple 'B's. It's not his fault because I can't be Paul only customer.

I like them. They are great. They are very professional, and their prices are good. They fix things when they say they will. I have their monthly service plan, and if something breaks they give me a discount. They put me first on their list, and they come out and do routine maintenance and all of that. It is included in their service fee. It works for me because I live in the country and it is hard to get people to come out here.

They did a good job. The experience was pretty good.

It was a large furnace with 95+ efficiency. He knew what he was doing. He got in there and found out what the problem was. He gave me some alternatives and did great work at a great price.
