I received a coupon in the mail for a $79.95 carpet cleaning service. I called and verified the coupon and made arrangements for them to clean an apartment I just moved out of. They cleaned the entire thing in 25 minutes - there was no way they were getting anything out of the carpet, just steaming it to stand up again! They refused to honor the coupon saying it was only for maintenance jobs. I questioned that and showed them the coupon (it said nothing about maintenance) they still refused. I had to pay them $100. A classic case of bait and switch!!

Very poorly! Please don't use them! About an hour or so after the cleaning, all stains resurfaced. The guy had stated in no uncertain terms that his very powerful extraction machine ("the most powerful extraction machine in the area") would be able to remove all of the stains. Plus, on the phone, this company will tell you that they charge $10 to $20 (to get out all the stains) no matter how many stains there are. But then once in your home, they'll talk about their powerful extraction machine and NOT tell you that it's $25 or $50 (he stated both prices later --once on his bill after "service" was rendered and on a 2nd visit to look at the stains) PER EACH stain extraction. They're very unclear about their process and please note the fine print on the bill (you can barely read it and they put it at the bottom of their statement across the graphic so it's blends in with the graphic). This company is terrible and does not take responsibility for their work. I could go on & on...
