It did not go well at all. When he left here, the carpets were soaking wet. It took 5 days for them to dry. I had never used Chem Dry before and I wasn't sure how they were supposed to be. In retrospect, I should have called them and had them come back and go over the carpets again with the extractor. Now I use someone else that does same process for $140 versus the $500 Chem Dry charged me.

Have used them for the 5 years Ive owned the house and the quality of work is fantastic. What sucks is that their process seems to be that every service call is treated as a first time event. Absolutely no loyalty or background to account history or what was discussed in the appointment setting process. I thought after all this time, they already would know my order and know that we do it this time of year.. Nope, new customer being asked have you heard about our pet protection... Regardless, Kid showed up looking like a slob stained shirt and clothing tattered, quite un-professional. He acknowledged and took responsibility but still... If you are looking for just a good clean at a reasonable price then these folks are for you, if your looking for a more professional process and staff, look to others...

Feel like rugs were cleaned, only that the extraction cycle was epic fail. Rugs wet next day. Forget 1-2 hours advertised. I called them specifically due to advertised claim of drying time. Fell like a sucker big time

Service provider arrived 1/2 hour late and therefore started later. Usually that doesn't matter as we are retired but this day we had a later morning appt. I had used this company before so when they called and offered to clean our carpets at half price with the coupon I took advantage of the offer. I should have asked at the time of the phone call the approximate cost of two rooms and a hallway. I had sticker shock when the technician. I'm sure I could have sent him packing but I did agree to have the job done. When I had been seeing other ads for approx. $100 for cleanings, I felt scammed to pay $250 for my job and that being half price. Needless to say, as retired and on limited income we will not be using this business again and for sure will be asking ahead of time what the base price is for cleaning.

The A1 tech (David) was booked for between 8 and 9 am and arrived at 8:40. He looked at everything and discussed our options. We had used a 50% off coupon which he explained upfront was only for the cost of carpet cleaning. Cleaning the 2 recliners and choosing 'sanitizing' would be extra, which he enumerated. We needed the chairs to be cleaned and chose the extra cost of 'sanitizing' because it emotionally spoke to our needs. David used a laser tool for measuring square footage. He placed either small plastic sheets or Styrofoam squares under our furniture to keep them off the slightly damp cleaned carpet. He pretreated some spots, used a circulating wheeled machine with a hose hooked up to an outside van for the actual cleaning, and then 'raked' the carpet nap up when he was finished with each section. Overall it took a little short of 2 1/2 hours.

Cleaned carpets on main floor and a recliner. The price was about $35 more than what was quoted over the phone for the carpet portion. The phone estimate was based on past invoices so we assumed it would be a close estimate. That being said, we have used A-1 ChemDry for several years and will continue to do so as their work is very good and their staff is always professional in appearance and demeanor.

Technician came at designated time and we agreed on price and work to be performed. However, while he was cleaning carpets, he would pay more attention to his ipod than to the carpet he was cleaning. Spots were back a month later. Carpet took well more than 24 hours to dry.

As in the past, I depended on Ben from ChemDry to turn my below-average-looking carpeting into above-average. He definitely did not disappoint! ChemDry gets straight-A's from me!

The A-1 ChemDry technician arrived as scheduled. I have used their services before, and once again was pleased with the quality of work, professionalism of the technician, and way the ChemDry process leaves my carpets. When I used a traditional steam dry cleaner, I had thought my old carpet needed replacement. Now I'm thinking there are a few more year left in the old rug. As far as price, I'm not sure they are any more expensive than my old steam cleaning service. I will continue using A1 ChemDry for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

The guy who did it was very clean and professional. However, it cost more than I thought it would. It was an empty house, and the job wasn't too difficult to do.

They also removed the stain that was on the carpet. I would use their services in the future as well.

They were great! Our carpets look great, and I will definitely use them again when the time comes. I definitely prefer their methods to any other method.
