 + 0 moreIt is amazing that they did not even have the courtesy to call and say they are unable to make it.
Description of Work: Appointment was made to repair my washer for Saturday, June 4th and no one showed up nor did anyone call to say they will not be showing up. Update: Sensible Home Warranty had initially asked A1 to service my washer, Will called on 6/28/2012 and claimed Sensible Home Warranty contacted A1 not to call me and not to service my washer. I do not have any proof of that. I don't recommend Sensible Home Warranty to anyone, it is a complete rip-off. Update: I just saw the comment from the service provider, I called for my rental property in Boise, ID not California
