+ -1 moreHe came out and told me that my breaker box had been "vandalized" and that it's an electrical problem. A city electrical inspector came out, said it's the pump. Another electrician came out, said it's the pump. Hired a real professional - it was the pump. The house was without water for four weeks! Totally unprofessional and unqualified all the way around. Don't take the call if you don't know what you're doing!
Description of Work: I had a well pump that failed. The home warranty people called this guy.
