Rob was very professional and accommodating. He performed “complete” review of my laptop problem and explained what the problem was most likely. With the laptop still under manufacturer’s warranty, Rob assumed all responsibility and actions necessary to contact the manufacture and arrange for “onsite” technical repair at his location. Rob ensured that the assigned Manufacturer technician completed the repairs efficiently and complete. Rob performed an excellent job as my liaison with the manufacture and worked diligently, until the issue was completely resolved. My kudos for such a dedicated and professional involvement with getting my issues solved. Great job, Rob!!!

My dad died last year and left his old HP computer full of memories. Rob at Pro Tech was recommended as a person who could help me access his computer. After trying other resources without results, Rob not only successfully retrieved precious memories, but also merged them in a short period of time onto my Mac and at a very reasonable price. That prompted me to hire him to help me clean up my MacBook which contained two profiles full of pictures and docs. This had been a problem for 5 years and no one could help me including the Apple Techs until I went to Pro Tech. I can not thank Rob enough for the time spent on both my dilemmas, his patience, tenacity, and information he imparted to make sure that I reached my goals. 208 Pro Tech found me a very affordable laptop that met my personal needs, set it up for me and got rid of unnecessary programs, synced all my electronic accounts. I also had a old laptop reformatted and cleaned up. Thank you 208 Pro Tech for working quickly and efficiently!

I asked Rob for advice on finding a laptop. He found a great laptop that is perfect for my home office and my school needs. It is a Dell that is well made and I haven't had any issues. He even helped me set it up so it’s set up perfectly for what I need. It's light and fast with a great screen, and it fit the tight budget I gave him. I'm using it daily for my homework and my home office needs. In addition, I know that Rob does a lot of computer repair, and would be great at helping troubleshoot and repair my computer or network if that time comes. Found 208 Pro Tech by accident. So glad I did. My PC repair company was no longer in business. I searched and had someone log into my laptop and they couldn't help me. So needed help ASAP as we have 2 companies we run. Rob came out and helped us and thanks to him we got things fixed. Doesn't make me feel stupid and also helped train me with things that may seem simple to others but not to me. He has continued to help us with our growing business and PC needs.
