Description of Work: Installed a new furnace, repaired duct work, and installed A/C coil in preparartion for installing a cooling unit in the spring or later. Offers 3% rebate when paying by check/cash. Caught them at a busy time, and it took longer tham expected to start the job. Once started, they were very efficient and professional. Nice staff to have around.

Description of Work: The air conditioner wasn't working correctly - turned out insulation was plugging the condensate water drain for the unit and flooding into the basement. Service technician immediately diagnosed the problem and removed the insulation. While at the home, he inspected the unit to alert me for other possible issues, and there were none, and answered all my questions.

+ -1 moreThey provided a bid very quickly, and it was accurate. The new furnace arrived in a few days and according to schedule. They began work at the date and time they said they would, and finished when anticipated. About the one thing we didn't expect (although, in hindsight, was totally reasonable) was that they would take time away from the house to make the new ducting necessary. They were prompt, courteous, and informative. We got all the supporting paperwork in a packet to allow us to apply for the various rebates for which we are eligible.
Description of Work: We engaged Redinger to replace our furnace. They offered space heaters to keep us warm for the week or so while we made our decision, the new furnace arrived, and they installed it. They removed and disposed of the old furnace, installed the new one, made gas and ducting connections, and replaced the thermostat.
