I was extremely pleased with how timely, responsive, and professional they were completely a roof inspection and replacement estimate. They were completely honest and upfront about everything. I was very happy with how they put my best interest ahead of their own. I would highly recommend.

Warning! Osprey provided my 1st-ever terrible experience with a building contractor. Not only did they resist owning their many mistakes on my $26,000 re-roofing job - which took 5 months to complete because of their shoddy work that included installing warped & damaged materials - I believe they acted in bad faith &/or breached our contract in several other ways, including: 1. failing to provide a promised materials warranty & an itemized list of project costs 2. attempting to overcharge me several hundred $$ by unilaterally increasing the contract balance 3. replacing my home's original high-quality flashing with damaged, low-quality material 4. grossly overcharging me for materials to repair their own work 5. over/charging me for corrections ordered by the City of Pullman Protective Inspections Division after the company’s work failed to meet local building code standards 6. accusing the city building inspector & wider office of ignorance and exceeding their authority 7. the owner's threatening to sue me & take my home. I have reported Osprey Exteriors to the Better Business Bureau and the state attorney general's Consumer Protection Division.

Osprey sent mail advertisement that they repaired leaky roofs so I called. I also called another roofer but never received a response from them. Osprey's owner Ben called me back right a way and was over to look at what needed done within a few days. Since I was filing an insurance claim on the leaks I requested an estimate to send to our insurance adjuster. Ben's estimate was within pennies of the insurance estimate so I hired him and his team. An appointment was made within a reasonable time and the foreman with an assistant came at the appointed time to begin work. They fixed the first leak and attempted a fix on the second one, but it continued to leak. I let Osprey know of the problem and requested that they make additional repairs to fix that second leak. There was a lot of time that went by between the initial work and my receiving an invoice. The invoice, however, was not an accurate reflection of the work done, so I requested an accurate invoice and again requested that they let me know if they were going to return and fix the second leak. Again, after several weeks I received what they deemed a corrected invoice and a statement that they were not going to return to fix the second leak. They thought I should pay for their efforts on the second leak even though they had abandoned the job before fixing the problem and I would have to hire another contractor to do the job properly. I was very disappointed that our relationship broke down in this way.
