It was refreshing that he also recommended that I not purchase some of the items I had originally planned to buy. He established a good relationship and demonstrated his expertise so that each subsequent time I visited the irrigation section I felt confident I could get the help I needed.
Description of Work: The gentleman responsible for the drip irrigation section of the store offered his expertise on drip irrigation system emitters which was very useful for planning modifications of my current installation.

 + -1 moreOur house has a low heating efficiency. I explained the details of the problem and asked for an opinion on solving the problem and an estimate on installing insulation. The service man said that the 4 inches of 'compacted' blown insulation was adequate (R30). This may or may not be correct, but I don't think it is. Assuming that it was correct, there was no effort made to understand and explain any other reasons for the high heating bill. The estimate that was eventually given was reasonable, but I did not feel comfortable with the interaction.

 + -1 moreThe service guy was just fantastic. He was a combat veteran from Iraq. He got the insulation all the way to the edge, which is what I wanted. I am proud of them for hiring veterans, as well. They were right on time.
