Description of Work: They initially replaced two cartridges in one of the master bathroom facets. The repairman did not have to correct part, so he had to return to nearby Moscow Idaho, from my home in Troy. He also did not have the correct tool to remove the cartridge, so to save time, I improvised a tool so he could remove the cartridges. --Several weeks later, one of the repaired faucets blew up and flooded the bathroom, before I could turn the water off. When I brought the problem to the attention of the boss/owner, he said that the company had not liability because it was repaired for a short time. -I ended up buying a replacement faucet from Ebay, because the fine plumbers at Goodson Plumbing could not locate a direct replacement, although the repairman they initially sent told me that he had determined the brand and the model and that is how he determined the replacement cartridge (the one that failed). Since the original repair didn't work and due to their incompetence, the retro-fit cost me quadruple what it should have cost.

Description of Work: They were the only plumber that called me back! The water inlet tube blew off my toilet over the weekend. The had to turn off the water to my condo building, drain the water, replace valves and tubes to two toilets, run down to the main and turn on the water again to the building. After that, he checked all to be sure it was fine and water was restored! They came at the time I was told they would, the price was great and the service super.. especially considering the fact that our buildings do not have water shut offs for each unit and he had to find the main! Will definitely use them again if I need a plumber!

+ -1 moreIt was excellent, they did it in less than a day and they did excellent work. The main worker is efficient and very professional . He did a good job in a short period of time.
Description of Work: We re-did our bathroom and surrounding area. They did the work on the bathtub as far as plumbing. They ordered our bathtub as well.

+ -1 moreWe noticed a leak from the bathtub, down into our basement. We called, a guy came out quickly to assess the problem, but he was the only person available that day. He came back the next day with help and fixed the problem quickly. They cleaned up the mess they had to make to access the pipes. They were punctual and friendly, and reasonably priced.
Description of Work: Replaced a drain pipe for bath tub.
