 + -1 moreThe internet shuts off about every half hour every day. This means we have to re log on to the connection and then hopefully continue what we were doing. We called to say we were having a problem and the woman told us we were having no problem, told me I was a liar and hung up on me. This will be continued tomorrow when I go in for a face to face.
Description of Work: This is the internet provider for our building.
