Description of Work: Grading, sprinkler system upgrade, sod (by sub-contractor), hydro-seeding (by sub-contractor). Sub-contractor work excellent, but Big Creek work was |marginal quality. When contacted to return and correct problems, they refused to return phone calls or respond in any way. Work was done in 2010, but your site not allows that option.

+ 0 moreThey did a really good job. It went very well. The owner is really a nice fellow and easy to work with. He helped us plan what we wanted to do and pretty much executed it quite well. I would recommend him. It wasn't perfect, but pretty good. It was a good price.
Description of Work: We have used Big Creek Landscaping. They did landscaping and built a pergola. They also put in a paver sidewalk and retaining wall.

+ -1 moreWith all due respect to Noah, I feel someone needs to phone back a potential customer. I phoned 4 x and never received a call back. My neighbor recommended this company and I informed them I never heard back. and decided to move forward. Then a day or so later, I heard from the spouse and I agreed to meet with her husband to give me an estimate for above. I made the appointment for 10:30am and at 10:45am, no one showed up so I phoned and left a message. Just as I started to leave my home, (10:50am) Noah showed up. I do know landscapers are extremely busy but that doesn't excuse one for not getting back to the caller. He is a pleasant man and I know he would do a great job as evidenced by my neighbor's landscaping. However, I'm not ready to make a decision on the company I'll use and will say his estimate is rather high for what my needs are. Again, his work is extremely nice and I hope he'll take this review as a positive experience for future customers.
Description of Work: Provided me with a written estimate to plant a few trees and shrubs.
