Description of Work: My assessment should be taken lightly or ignored, because I had not had professional window washing before. My late husband always did it for free and took no more than 45 minutes. I will say that I have many, many windows and all of them are large. Window Wizard is probably a good company. The only reason I wouldn't hire them again is that I am going to make my grandchildren do it.

+ -1 moreI spend $65 on that service. The guy is punctual; he gets here and gets the cleaning done. He cleans up after himself and then he is gone. He is also not scared of my dogs, I have three dogs. He does a really good job every time.
Description of Work: I use Window Wizard for window cleaning and they come every 3 months and clean the outside windows. The last time I used them was 2 months ago.

+ -1 moreI was impressed with the high level of service they provided from the estimate to the finishing of both jobs. They were extremely professional, fast, and very cost effective. We had never had our windows professionally cleaned and now we're hooked and will use their services a couple of times a year. Next year we plan to have them wash the exterior of our home - another service they offer. Overall, they did an excellent job and I would highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: Window Wizard provided both inside/outside cleaning for our windows plus screens and also cleaned our gutters.

+ -1 moreWent very well. I called the company; they sent out a representative to give me a quote. The gentleman was very nice and very professional. We set up a date for the service. On the scheduled day, they arrived on time - actually a bit early and said they could wait - and did a great job.
Description of Work: Sounds like a lot to spend on clean windows, but I have lots of windows - - and they cleaned inside and out. They also cleaned the screens and the window sills. They were great. Very professional. Did an excellent job.

+ -1 moreThe windows were cleaned perfectly, both inside & outside. But the inside window sills and tracks were not done to my standards. I found several dead spiders & flies in some tracks and the sills were dusted, but not wiped with a cleaner. Also, they did not remove the screens and I don't think they were cleaned as good as they could have been. I've been too busy to call about my disappointment, but I will have them back again and we will have a discussion about my expectations.
Description of Work: All of the windows in my home were cleaned, inside and outside including one upper level window. The inside cleaning was to include cleaning the window sills and tracks. It was a cloudy day with rain showers forecast, but the technicians said that the outside cleaning process would spot-proof the windows and they would return if I wasn't happy.

+ -1 moreThey do very good work and always call to check up to make sure everything was done OK, which I appreciate. The approximate cost listed is for the cleaning of my outside windows but this depends on the size of a persons house and how much time they'll have to spend. I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: They come out about four times a year to clean my outside windows for me. They'll also come out one time during the year to clean the inside of my windows and some skylights that I have as well. When they come out for the inside cleaning they'll clean the blinds and also take care of a sun room that I have.
