They came on time, they did what we asked, they pointed out issues with our windows, they were just top notch all the way

Window Wizard employees arrived on time, cleaned windows inside and out in a very efficient manner.

Cleaned windows inside and out. Removed a water stain I was sure couldn't be removed. Suggested cleaning our gutters, which we thought was a good idea. They were prompt, courteous and professional. We signed a contract for the upcoming year.

Responsive and professional

The experience went okay. When I called, they told me that they could get the hard water stains off the windows, but when the guy came out, he told me that they couldn’t. So, I just had to go ahead and replace some of my windows. It was not really their fault because they went all for old and we haven’t really had hard water here. I was just kind of disappointed because they said they could remove hard water stains over the phone.

Window Wizard washed our interior and exterior windows in July last year. I was so impressed at the time I made a mental note to write an Angie's List review, which I unfortunately forgot to do. Today two technicians, Jerry and Al, cleaned our mini-blinds. The service was so extraordinarily good and so similar to our first experience that instead of making a mental note, I'm writing the review as they are driving away. Window Wizard arrived at the scheduled time, and Jerry introduced himself and asked if he could get to work. He put on protective booties before entering, then removed and numbered each blind and handed them off at the door to Al, who ran the ultrasonic cleaner in the truck. The beauty of this team approach is you don't have someone, especially on a snowy day like today, tracking all sorts of mud and debris into your house. Jerry inspected each blind carefully, and informed me of anything out of the ordinary that he found so there would be no question if I discovered it later. As the blinds came back clean, Jerry inspected and re-installed each one in its original location. Once installed, he adjusted each blind so it was showroom ready. And before leaving, Jerry or Al did a final inspection to ensure nothing was missed. I cannot emphasize enough how meticulous they were ? it must be part of the company culture because I noticed the same during our window cleaning experience. The blinds look like the day we got them, and the house looks exactly as it did before they arrived. I am a perfectionist, and it?s not uncommon for work to not meet my expectations. Window Wizard exceeded my expectations both times. It?s clear that this is a company committed to training, processes, and employee satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

Overall, a very good experience. I was worried about having the windows cleaned just before the "rainy season", but so far, it's been worth it. They brighten the home!

They are wonderful. We have used them a number of times. They are very responsive and get you right on the schedule. They call ahead of time before they show up. They work with your schedule and communicate extremely well. They have a high quality of work and I'm very happy with them.

Have used Window Wizard on a quarterly basis for approximately ten years and have consistently been pleased.

We have been happy with them. They call me and we set it up twice a year. We have a large house. It is two stories and 25 windows. They are pretty good. I have not had any problems with them damaging bushes or anything. They call you back two days later to see if you are happy. If it rains he will come back and re do them. I am going to have them come back this fall. I have been happy. I have heard from other people that there are other services that are cheaper but I have had good service with them. In the past I have had them do the inside as well. They are very polite and they will call you when they want you to call you. If you tell them to call you every six months they will. If you tell them you don't want to be bothered for a year they won't bother you for a year. They are very polite on the phone and very professional.

They showed up promptly at 8 AM when they said they would be here and got right down to work. The three guys throughly cleaned the outside tracks and space around the windows, even going as far as moving my outdoor furniture to get the best possible results. I was very impressed. My windows are spotless and we can now see clearly. It was obvious from the beginning that my experience with Window Wizards was going to be a positive one as their estimator showed up the next day and was kind enough to explain all the services they offered along with helping us get the best deal possible.

They are outstanding. They are good priced at a good value. I have used them for years. They do the job and do it well. They even call and remind you when it is time to clean your windows.

IT WENT PERFECTLY OVERALL FROM START TO FINISH......I HAVE USED WINDOW WIZARD HUNDREDS OF TIMES....THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL.......ON TIME AND WORK WELL WITH MY SCHEDULE SHOULD I NEED TO CHANGE TIMES. THE PRICE IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE FOR A SUPERB JOB.

Very nice to talk to on the phone, knowledgeable, direct (no sales gimmicks etc). Apt was set up, they followed up with reminder calls, service provider arrived promptly and did a good job. I have seen a few streaks here and there but not enough to complain about as my windows and screens were very dirty and they look so much better over all.
