Window Wizard Window & Blind Cleaning

They have done our windows for a couple of years and they do a good job. They came out and did a very professional job.

Scheduled right away, service was fast and efficient. Windows look great, happy we can finally open them without getting construction dust inside.

Al and Edgar arrived a little early but it worked out to our benefit. (They tried calling to ask it it would be okay to come early and I had missed the call.) As soon as they came in they put booties on over their shoes and had them on at all times while in the house. Both were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They removed and numbered all 16 blinds, took them out to the van where they were cleaned ultrasonically and dried, and then brought the blinds in to rehang them. They were thoroughly inspected as they were re-hung and any discrepancies were noted before they left. The blinds look brand new and I couldn't be happier! Al even fixed one of my blinds that would not lock and now it works perfectly. I am very pleased with the results and work that Al and Edgar did. I would highly recommend Window Wizard and will definitely use their services again.

Good. I felt a bit upsale pressure but it could just have been me as I'm somewhat sensitive to this. Seems like as a consumer we are constantly asked if we "want more with that"? For me, I would have better appreciated just cleaning my windows and leaving me with a brochure or door hanger of what other services they offer (etc. screen repair, replace, hard water spot restoration...)

They were excellent. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had some hard water stuff from the sprinklers on some of the windows and he said, "I can work on it but I'm not sure I'm gonna get some of that off." He was right and he didn't get much of it off and they were upfront about that. They were still not crystal clear but they were cleaner than I could've got them. Overall experience was good.

Over the years I've used several window cleaning services and Window Wizard does an exceptional job.

They do a nice job on the windows. BUT.... I have canceled them and will not use them again do to their accounting. It has been more than once that they have tried to double charge us. About a month ago they sent us a notice saying that we had not payed our bill. Luckily, we keep track of what we pay. I immediately called them because our bank account showed that it had been payed. Then my husband had to spend time calling them to resolve the problem because the lady I spoke with must have forgotten that they made a mistake and they sent us another letter. He took time away from work to give them bank information to prove that it was payed. They apologized and we thought it was done, after wasting a lot of our time. Yesterday, we receive another letter threatening us. ONCE again, we had to waste our valuable time proving that our bank had payed them. Today, they apologize and admit it was their error. This happened last summer also. We are way to busy trying to keep our eye on this company to make sure they are not trying to double charge us. I have now heard from others that the same thing has happened to them. Update: We have received a nice apology from Window Wizard and believe that they have tried to fix the issue with the accounting error that they made.

I have used Window Wizard several times in the past and they are always extremely prompt. Today, they were a bit late - HOWEVER, they called me shortly after their span of arrival time expired and explained they had been held up at a previous job but didn't have cell phone service to call me (not unusualy in rural Idaho), apologized, said they were loading up their truck now and would arrive shortly. Which they did. They again apologized when they arrived, introduced themselves and went to work. They are extremely professional, neatly dressed, pleasant, smiling. They put paper covers over their shoes. I showed them what I wanted done (I have used Window Wizard before but this particular crew had never been to my house) and they simply took over. I didn't have to move anything or do a thing - they took care of it all And even after all that, I mentioned to them that a storm with hail and lots of lightning the night before seems to have knocked out my solar water heater and I was concerned the hail had broken a solar panel. They offered (I am disabled but I think they would have done it anyway) to take a ladder up to my roof, check the solar panels and photograph them with my phone camera so I would have documentation. They were in and out in under 2 hours and everything was put back in exact order. My windows and screens are sparkling clean.

Everything went well, they showed up time and everything was nice and clean when they left. Later that afternoon we had thunder showers come through and when it was over the windows dried out they looked as good as when they left.

It was a very nice letter - an incredibly sincere apology-for the experience we had and he enclosed a check for a full refund! I have never had something like this happen. I must say that Window Wizards seems totally committed to customer satisfaction. I want to thank Window Wizards for their high degree of integrity and say that I would definitely consider using them again.

Two employees came to clean my mini-blinds. They put on scuffs over their shoes to protect by flooring/rugs. They took down my blinds, cleaned them and had them back up in a very short time. The blinds are not damaged in anyway and look like new. While they were here, I asked about rescreening services and they called the office, gave me a quote and took off the screens and took them back that day. How convenient. Great service guys!

Window Wizards came precisely on time with a full crew and all the proper equipment. We have heavy storm windows that are screwed in. They had no problem removing and installing the windows. They were careful on cleaning the interior windows not to knock over any pottery and glassware that was nearby. I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail while ensuring the windows were properly cleaned. Their pricing is about average with other companies. But their quality is the difference.

When I called the person on the phone was very knowledgable and gave me an estimate and gave me a date and time that the work would be done. They arrived on time and did a great job.

Not to many well known names in valley to choose from so i went with these guys. I usually do this kind of stuff on my own but fealt it would be good to have some one with the experience to do it for once. They came out about 5 days after my call and did a great job. Both blinds and windows look great.
