VICTORY GREENS

We experienced some difficulties during our visit that did not meet our expectations. Based on this, we have decided not to return. We encourage others to consider their own needs and preferences when choosing this service.

Victory Greens has a wide selection of landscape stone and rock. This is what I purchased at Victory Greens and the price was the best I could find after shopping at least 5 other suppliers. Victory Greens sells many other landscape and gardening materials, but I was not in the market for these products in 2013. I will definitely be using Victory Greens in 2014, to finish my backyard landscape project that I initiated in March of 2013. The staff are very friendly and helpful, as well.

Visited their location last week and purchased several large and small trees from them. We were very impressed with their very large inventory of various healthy trees and plantings. Vickie, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Their delivery was as promised, and I can't begin to compliment enough the planting crew of Daniel, David, and Tony. They worked very hard and professionally. The patience they showed us throughout with us changing our minds several times regarding the exact location of the tree placement was most appreciated!

My 2nd experience was by phone originally. I was looking for a specific type of tree. Unfortunately they do not carry that one but the woman helping me suggested 2 other types, suited to my sun/shade and space requirements. Then she suggested I come in, ask for her and let her drive me around the trees to further educate me. I'm going!This is the type of customer service you used to get and I love knowing I have a place nearby that still enjoys helping the consumer.This morning, two men arrived with my beloved tree! The showed me the tree to inspect it's condition and to be sure it was the correct item. They went into the back yard with me to see the location for planting. The men were very nice, hard working, and anxious to please. They were concerned about placement and the correct planting.I feel secure that the tree they installed will flourish after an initial 'shock' tenure and will be a beautiful addition to my landscape.My thanks to Vickie for giving me so much of her time, showing me so many trees and helping me understand the difference in my new planting zone. I will absolutely be returning to purchase several more trees next season for the next stage of my landscape project.

I have purchased from them for decades. I am there every weekend, all summer long. The people are always great. They have a really great selection. The plants are always healthy. When they refer me to someone, they take care of the business and delivery. They are very professional. I will go to Victory Greens again in the future.

The rock choices were organized, easy to see and easy to get to. The rock name and price was easily visible. It was a Saturday morning and the business was very busy, but we were able to quickly pay for our purchase (2 cubic yards) and arrange for delivery. The employee who helped us was very kind, helpful, and professional. She said the rock could be delivered on Monday at the earliest, between 6 and 8. The rock arrived on Monday as promised at 10 am. The rock was exactly what we ordered and looked great! There wasn't very much dirt or sand mixed in. Overall, an excellent experience!
