I have used them previously. They fertilized my apple tree that I thought was dead and it was full of apples last year. They are fast, timely and excellent.

I used them for 3 years in a row and they were very good. I used them in 2011, 2012 and 2013. I am going to use them again the first of the year. They have a yearly package that I usually bought. They did a pretty comprehensive job. They were always here when they said and they always posted when they would come out and spray. They always gave us a copy of what they did on the door. They were very good. I checked out other services in the valley and their price really couldn't be beat. They were very responsive. They were all very professional.

The salesman promised me to take care of everything for the lawn care, weeds and small brown area. Tried to put me on the year contract and I was OK if they do a good job. They started weed control in the same week, early in August, then reseeded the brown spot in a few weeks. One and half months passed, there was no single weed died and no any new grass germinated after $129.95 spent. I had to reseed and weed control by myself this week. The company refused to refund..... The whole experience was bad, wasting time and money.....

I was satisfied with them but I cannot afford them right now because I am retired. They were as good as I would have expected. I had no complaints. My grass was as good as it could be under the circumstance. They came when they said they were going to be there. I would use them again if I could afford it.

Trugreen is good at what they do, but it is expensive. They will come back and redo any work that you believe needs to be reapplied, etc. They call before hand to let you know they will be at your residence. Trugreen also offers other services for your lawn that some residents might want--spider barriers, aeration etc. The representatives are always very professional. I would grade them a B+.

Honestly, I'd probably give them an "A" if it was some sort of an organic service that they did. They're pretty reasonable, just as reasonable as everybody else around in my area.

I have been a customer for 2 prior seasons. This 3 season was horrible. I guess they got a new scheduling system, and they had quite a few bugs. I had to call several time to get them to come out an treat the weeds. They got a new tech and burned a spot in our yard. They did give me a free treatment, but my yard never look good as the prior seasons. Very disappointing. The scheduling is not local and had to reschedule may times due to weather .

They took care of bushes and trees for spraying -- fertilizer, dormant, pests and diseases, The problem is that their scheduling is done in Oklahoma, with no information about Boise weather conditions. This is a business that needs close-up observation of these conditions.

They seem good. They are responsive if there is an issue. They give a call before they come out. They are good.

They call when they are coming and let you know when they are on-site. They ask about any particular problems. During the last visit, we asked about a particular bug on the plants, which they then sprayed for.

They are very professional and courteous. I think that they care about their customers as they pay close attention to detail and give honest suggestions.

The experience with them was great. They call three to four days before they come just to make sure if everything's okay. They knock on the door to ask if there are any problems, or anything they can do to help. I like them.

We stopped using TruGreen because it was too expensive. I had a contract with them and then I did not realize that the suggestion that they gave me that I said okay to was in addition to what my contract was and they said we will come and do that and it was not and I debated with them, but they said we told you and I said okay so I paid it, but they did not offer to let it right to keep me as a costumer.

I chose them because I like how my neighbors' yards look. They are very professional. They are very friendly. They are very knowledgeable. They explain things to me.

The salesman came by on my day off and was very convincing. I paid for a year of lawn maintenance. It was supposed to last for the entire spring and summer including preparing my trees for winter. The company seemed to focus on quick revenue rather than overall quality. All of the services were performed long before the schedule said they would. Since I worked a lot at the time, I was never there when the work was performed. My roommates informed me that they almost never entered the backyard where the majority of the yard was and where the trees are located. From the front my house looked perfectly weed free and green, and the signs were prominently placed. In my backyard the yard was not nearly as healthy. At the end of the season my pear tree was infected with a terrible infestation of bugs. I didn't want to use any of the pears. The following year I cancelled the service and used Scotts products and a bug removal liquid from Home Depot. The time necessary was minimal and the fruit tree was free of bugs and the yard front and back was immaculate. I think Trugreen is overpriced, and they never convinced me that they spent enough time performing work in my back lawn. The front was great advertising for them, but my fenced back yard was not visible and so not as important it seems. I would pass on them and purchase the fertilizer and tree products from a local hardware store or nursery instead.

They seem to do a good job. They are a little pricey but they are good. They charge me $57 per application and $89 for the trees. They are just very considerate and very polite. I asked them to come on a different day because I did not want them to come when my lawn mower was her. They were prompt.

They come out several times a year. They are absolutely excellent and I highly recommend them.
