While the tech was spraying, he broke one of my dragonfly solar lights that was in my rose bush. He did not say anything to me that he broke it. I found the pieces of the dragonflies wings in the pot and in the grass and the stand the light was on, he broke that in half. I would not be so upset had he told me he broke it, but to find it after he left and not say anything is what makes me mad. No one had reached out to to replace it or to even admit that he broke it! Not very good customer service at all.

They responded promptly and follow up when I asked. The cost is very reasonable for the service. I am very pleased with their work.

Very nice guys and very responsive, however, when they took the wasp nest down using their power washer they left a mess on the side of my house. All they had to do was off my siding where the next fell and I would be rating them a 5.

They were prompt, polite, professional and did a great job. I m very glad I called them instead of trying to remove a large wasp nest by myself. I ll definitely call again.

Great to work with they got here super fast to take care of a hornet's nest that was about 30 feet in the air in a tree. Pleasurable to work with wood higher again.

I called them when I saw a black widow and other creepy crawlies around my new home. David not only listened to me practically crying about the black widow I was staring at while talking on the phone with him but he was at my house within 20 minutes and answered all my questions. This company only uses bait for gophers which takes 2-3 weeks to kill the gophers. By then they have made significant tunnel systems and caused severe damage to your property. I would not hire them again due to this issue. If they used traps and bait, then I would hire them. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I searched high and low to find a LOCAL company that could address our needs for wasp nest removal at our mountain cabin. I was endlessly frustrated to find that every lead I followed ended up being a national company that would "happily" sign me up for a year of service for hundreds of dollars. No thank you! When I called him for a quote he said that he would cover up the MICE (they were voles) holes with dirt after he put the poison in the holes. He did not cover them up, he said there was not enough dirt out there. (The last time I called an exterminator, he brought some dirt to cover the holes). I asked him again to cover the holes so my dog wouldn 't get to any of the poison and he said he put a black box out there with poison so the voles would eat it and die, and there was no need to cover the holes because the poison was deep in the holes. I cannot tell if there are more holes out there now because the holes are all open and I don't know if they are new ones or not. The worker also came in through my house with his equipment with the poison instead of going thru the back yard while the gate was open in back. I will not use this company again even though they charged less money than other companies do. Now I know why he charged less because he did not complete the job.
