Top Shelf was outstanding in every aspect. They handled us professionally, were extremely expedient, honest and fair. I would recommend them to anyone having HVAC service and/or replacement needs.

He answers the phone which is surprisingly rare. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He is the only company that would come look at it for no charge. Everyone else wanted $80 to $90 to just come look at it. His timeframe for installation is way better than I ever expected. I cannot rate work quality because he has not done anything yet.

Absolutely amazing service. Top Shelf installed our new Furnace, Humidifier and Hot Water Heater 2 years ago. It was working great until yesterday. It wasn't blowing any air. I texted Kevin at 8:00 am and Chris was here by 9:00 am. The motor had gone out. Chris replaced it and was done by 11:30 am. It is working great. The warranty on the furnace covered everything. We can't say enough good things about this company. They are friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade for a reasonable price and wanting good service!!

The gentleman was polite. Accessed and corrected the problem. Was interested in selling us a new furnace. He left but had to come back at our request because the heat turned off. He didn't clean a hose or something. Our furnace works good now. They came out promptly and were the best price around.

Amazing customer service! Our a/c went out in 100+ degree and they not only responded within a couple hours, but also fixed the problem just as quickly. The price was amazing great too with no additional charges for quick/emergency response. Customer service, workmanship and cleanliness was stellar, the best I've ever seen. I'll definitively use Top Self Heating and Air for all HAVC maintenance and repairs in the future.

Professional, knowledgeable, finish work on schedule on complete HVAC, more comfortable with added humidifier, have to see how new upgraded AC works when it's warmer.

Kept me informed during process, and provided detailed information about devices, before leaving. I am happy with Central Air and New Furnace. Definitely recommend.

It was so hot when I realized the air conditioner was not blowing any cold air. It was Sat. at 4pm. I had little hope of getting a Technician out this late. The stars aligned and out they came. He explained what the problem was and I approved the estimate. Within two hours he was done, cold air blowing. I will call them again should I need repairs. Professional and on time! That is amazing for August 1st at 4pm!
