Our 18 year old AC finally but the dust last year. Kevin and Kenny with Top Shelf quoted us last year (fall 2019) for a full replacement of our HVAC + water heater. AC, furnace, water heater. Since the furnace and water heater were also 18 years old we decied to just replace everything together. They gave us another quote spring of 2020 that was the same. They were also well under their competitors pricing (6 other quotes) and much more thorough with their quote. They actually went into the crawl space to check the duct work, counted the registers, asked about heating and cooling issues in different rooms, triple checked what we currently had and made sure what they recommended to replace would be sufficient and efficient. Other companies sent a sales guy with a brochure. To be honest, I had some reservations about a new company but they were very down to earth and just seemed like professional good guys. They were that and more. On a sweltering hot day, that freak week of 90 F we got before the rain hit, they came out and installed everything. 12+ hour day they went at it. I think they took a lunch, at least I hope they did. Anyway, they worked hard. Everything looked fantastic after the install. Pipes were all wrapped, duct work was insulated and tight, pipes were good. Idk what Iâ m talking about but it looked a lot better than what Hubble did 18 years ago. The filter replacement rack is magnetic and super simple to use. The inspectors that came even commented on how well a job they did. And on top of that they explain everything. Wanna know how it actually works, theyâ ll tell you? Not just, hereâ s how to change a filter. If you need a repair, or a new system, call these guys now. Before their reputation continues to skyrocket and they charge premium because theyâ re the best and honestly worth every penny.

Top shelf Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to install the gas line for our fire pit. They were professional, quick and they went above expectations. Customer service was excellent. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Top Shelf was amazing!!! I really appreciated that the technician was honest and upfront, and he did an excellent job explaining all of the details behind the estimate from the water heater unit cost to the cost of the additional replacement parts and labor cost. Previously, I had asked a different group to give me an estimate, but they took one look at my old water heater unit and in less than a minute, they gave me a high quote without explaining to me how they came up with that figure. Again, Top Shelf was always honest, and after the job they explained how the unit worked and made sure my questions were answered. Highly recommend them to anybody and hope to call on them in the future for additional services. Thank you!

They made sure I understood all of my options and gave me a very good price on a new water heater install. Out of all of the companies I received estimates from, these guys were easiest to talk to and I never felt like they were just trying to make a buck. They beat every other estimate by big margin, though you would not be able to tell by looking at the great job they did. They gave me a full tutorial on the water heater and some helpful info about my furnace as well. I will be using Top Shelf for all of my heating and air needs in the future. I am very impressed!
