The team showed up about 1/2 hour late, but was worth the slight wait! They cleaned the windows and the screens! I was very happy with the meticulous job they did. I will definitely will be calling them again!

The windows are all clean and smudge free, but many of the blinds were left a skew or completely pulled open. Some of the furniture moved to get to the inside windows was not place back to its original position. I am very particular about things being in their place (furniture and blinds) but others may not be bothered by this. They completed the job quickly.

Here on time and explained the different programs available. Counted the number of windows we have and gave us the prices. We chose the plan and they went to work. We have a couple of torn screens from a hailstorm we had in our area and offered their screen replacement services. We only wanted the windows cleaned at this time but will have the screens replaced the next time they are here. They did a great job, they are clean, neat and careful. We will definitely have them back the next time the windows need them!

They did very well. They were done in a matter of less than 30 minutes. We have them schedule for twice a year.

Taylor has always been very professional as well as flexible when weather indicated a bad time to clean windows. In addition he has a guarantee if your windows get rained on after having been cleaned, he will redo them at no cost. He does a great job and makes our house brighter and cleaner as we have many tall windows in our living room/dining room. Now that we have fulfilled the first year's quarterly commitment, we are able to spread the schedule out according to our budget as well as the weather. Taylor has been gracious and cooperative when asked to change the schedule. I would highly recommend his company.

Used a Groupon Deal for cleaning for windows throughout house. They asked if I wanted both inside and out and I hadn't paid enough attention to the deal to know if it included interior, so I just went with exterior. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was all done by hand - not sure what I was expecting, but didn't think it'd have the personal touch. They explained what some of the buildup was on my windows, explained how to prevent / deal with it, got to the difficult to reach windows. Very friendly and personable. They did a good enough job that I'm planning on using them again.

A Groupon that saved us $40 is what lured us. Quality of service and reasonable pricing is what is keeping us as customers. We had family coming to visit in a few weeks and I decided I needed to get the house in tip-top shape. BHH used them when our house was first built in '09. We bought from the original owner in '11 and knew we needed to schedule a cleaning one day. Well, it was a year later and we finally did it. First time we've ever used a professional window cleaning service, including our aged house in VA. Our new house here capitalizes on the gorgeous view so large windows are throughout the house. It's not something easily cleaned by yourself. Standard stepladders do not give you the reach you need. Enter "The Window Cleaner". Their three-person team did a phenomenal job on our windows both inside and out, and cleaned screens and tracks. They removed over a year's worth of baked-on gunk from birds, and stickers to keep the birds from flying into the windows (but now we have blinds on those large windows that we can lower in spring to prevent that in the future). They were positive, friendly, professional, and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. They were very nice to my little dog, as well. She's still a puppy and was very curious. I crated her to keep her from underfoot. Not much more can be said. The overall experience was a delight. I am on their twice-a-year program for outside cleaning, and will probably go with a once annual inside clean.

We purchased the service through a program, so it cost us less. We had to cancel our appointment with them about three times.

They cleaned the inside and outside of the windows. They cleaned all around my house. I have a 2 level ranch. I have recommended them and my neighbors used them too. They were clean once they were done. I think they did a great job. They were no streaks or anything like that.
