Technician ripped up our vinyl floor pretty good while moving the dryer to clean the dryer vent. He then tried to deny that he did when my wife pointed it out. I called them right away, same day, and the gal said the office manager would contact me. He never did. I will never use this company again.

Very professional, timely, clean and thorough. In addition to the service, I was given excellent advice.

The technicians came and did their thing and the price was very reasonable for such a small townhouse. I vacated during the procedure for health reasons, but my (adult) son stayed to watch. He felt that they were very thorough and that they did a fine job. We will recommend this company to our friends and relatives when they need this service.

The technicians arrived before the appointment time. They were very professional and courteous. After they left, we got a coupon book in the mail with a System Kleen ad with a $50 off coupon and a free dryer vent cleaning with the air vent cleaning. I called and asked if they would honor both the coupon and the free dryer vent cleaning. They did not hesitate to answer that they would. A technician came out and performed the dryer vent cleaning and we received a $50 check from them.

We are so pleased with the work done by System Kleen! The heater vents in the home we purchased very obviously needed to be cleaned. They were able to fit us in for a same day appointment and arrived just a few hours after we called. The guys were extremely professional and well-mannered. They did efficient, thorough work. The difference in the air quality in our home was obvious immediately--no dust flies around when the air or heat kicks on and the musty odor is gone. Knowing our heater will work more efficiently is great news, as well. They recommended the vents be cleaned every few years and we will definitely be calling them when the time comes to have the heating system cleaned again.

System Kleen was recommended to me by both my Furnace Technician and the place where I purchase my filters. My initial phone contact with the estimator and scheduler was very pleasant. She was able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone and get me scheduled. The two-man crew performed the work professionally and efficiently. The final invoice matched the phone estimate - no surprises. I am pleased with the quality of the work and would use this company again.

I think I found them on Angie’s List but I am not sure. They did a good job. They showed up when they were supposed to and were very thorough.

I never met the technician as they were instructed to use a construction lock on the home. They showed up when they were supposed to and locked the home up when done. The tenants had left the carpet a mess so was very surprised how good they looked after being cleaned! I would definitely use them again.

The job was done fantastically, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased with the quick turnaround.

Rob was the technician sent by System Kleen. He arrived on time and was very good about answering any questions. For me, the proof of a job well done was that the air in our house smells decidedly fresher and cleaner. And Rob went above the call of duty by taking time to do a "layman's" test for a possible carbon monoxide leak from our 20+-yr. old furnace.

It wasn't a very good experience, and they didn't go a very good job. I won't use them again in the future.

Overall, they were prompt, quick and polite. Expect to be very specific about what you want them to do.

Things went really well but there was one problem where they moved back an easy chair and forgot to move it back forward. When we moved it, there was a big dirty spot. We did not call them back but cleaned it up ourselves. I spent around $150 or $200 on that service.

They did good with the air duct cleaning, but there were some issues with the carpet cleaning.

It went fine. In certain areas they used a skinny vacuum that made a shrieking noise. I would suggest removing cats or dogs or any pets to a neighbor or different room.

Got appointment within 4 days of call. They arrived on time and completed within 60 minutes. Alex was the contact man on the service call and was exceptionally polite and thorough in his estimate of the job. They work was outstanding and I couldn't be more pleased.
