Denton is hard to get in touch with, and you need to be patient. He's understandably busy, but well worth the wait. We had an old return air duct made from (I think) drywall that had gotten water damaged. Denton came over for the assessment, gave us a bid, and returned about 10 days later to do the work. When he did the work, he was quick and professional - had everything he needed to get the job done, and did it well. I had heard from another contractor that the ducting had asbestos in it - Denton checked and determined that the material did not contain asbestos, but noted that tape on other parts of the ducting did have asbestos in it, and recommended a simple solution to keep the asbestos fibers contained in the tape-- we could encapsulate them by spray-painting the tape. Sweet! We're planning to upgrade portions of the HVAC in our 70-year old house soon, and I'll definitely call Denton.
