Silver Linings was amazing to work with for our new roof and gutters! They helped us through the entire insurance claim process, including working with the inspector/adjuster and sending claim information to our insurance company. The owner herself met with us a couple times to talk through the work and brought us material samples. We were able to schedule the work in a timely manner and when materials caused a slight delay they were quick to communicate. Silver Linings was not only able to help with a new roof, they set up new gutter installation and installed new trim and siding around our house where we had damages. It looks like a brand new house! The team onsite was professional and fun to work with. The entire process was great from start to finish - I'd highly recommend Silver Linings to anyone (and already have!)

Very well, we are very happy with the project. If ever there were weather delays, they kept us informed about the re-scheduling. I've dealt with numerous contractors over the past 25 years, and Silver Linings provides quality work with great customer service!

Excellent job, had one small issue but Mandy & Bridget were right on it and had it taken care of. Everything was done as promised and done in professional manner, from tear off to clean up to finish. Mandy and her crew are Awesome!!!

Mandy and her crew did a great job on our roof. From start to finish, her customer service has been excellent. She is quick to return phone calls and texts. Even after the roof was finished and we had paid her, she still returned our calls and texts on some follow-up questions. She is on time for appointments, and when she was running a few minutes late for one appointment, she called to let us know that she would be ten minutes late. I really appreciated the courtesy. It was clear that Mandy did not give us a one-size-fits-all bid for our roof. She noticed particular details about our home that dictated certain needs and then tailored her bid accordingly. She is knowledgeable about her field and took time to explain the different material and warranty options to us. Her crew did a professional job on our roof. There was one part that we didn't feel was done as well as it should have been, so Mandy had her crew come back immediately to fix it to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Silver Lining Roofing. It's not going to be the cheapest bid you will get, but you will get unparalleled customer service and a job done right from a business owner with years of experience and a good reputation in this valley.

I was looking for a contractor to do a complete re-roof of my 90-year old house, and after a few bids I met Mandy and her team and knew I wanted them for the work. She told me exactly what needed to be done and how they were going to approach the job, with no bulls**t. They showed up on time, and the workers were unbelievable in their attentiveness to detail and speed at which they worked. The entire house was done in 2 days, with the owner herself working until 9 PM picking up nails and restoring the yard to its original condition on the first day to avoid any inconveniences I may have with the roof overhaul. Throughout the job I made some last minute requests on the sheathing specs, ventilation design, fascia removal, and shingle requirements and they implemented my requests without skipping a beat. This re-roof was as painless as i could have asked, and I owe it to Mandy and her team. The costs were extremely reasonable for the work performed. I would recommend silver lining to anyone who needs work done on their house.

This company is the worst company you could possibly think about hiring so don’t think about it. They showed up on Monday to tear my roof off which they did. They did not show up or call or even answer my calls Tuesday or Wednesday. Thursday we had a deluge of rain. Friday the same thing. Sunday at 12:15 PM I had 15 guys show up to do my roof in about five hours after my home was completely destroyed on the inside from the rain. The entire house needs to be gutted out of all drywall and replaced including light fixtures and such and other things. Mold abatement, asbestos abatement and my wife, three cats and I are out of our home for four to five months now staying in an extended stay Motel. Updated 12/18/20 I just had another roofing company come out to take a look at the mess that Silver lining left and I got a quote for $20,000. Apparently they installed the roof over boards that were not adequate and acceptable and the whole thing needs to be redone again. In addition they use the wrong drip molding around the edges. Also the roof fence at the used were cheap bottom of the line crap that allows very little ventilation.

Very pleasant experience ....work was done as promised. Everything went smoothly and I feel all the items on my list were taken care of. Appreciated the hands on from management and just knew all was going well.

Mandy had a crew here that worked diligently on getting the old roof off. Then worked long into the next day to put the new roof on. It looks great and I would recommend her for anyone wanting a roof replaced and she does what she stated in her estimate. No mess left after each days work. Very satisfied with the job.

Mandy did an amazing job of assessing my roof. She showed me the condition of my roof. She told me that the damage was only cosmetic and didn't need any repairs. I was amazed with her honesty and she didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. If I do need repairs I will call Mandy.

The absolute best work done in the valley. I will only ever use Silver Lining and I appreciate how timely they were and the quality of work. We also requested to have a skylight put in and they did a phenomenal job. It has changed our home forever.

It went great, they were prepared arrived on time and stayed to complete the job in a day. They repaired some unseen damage and painted and installed new fascia on the house. Additionally they cleaned up when the job was complete. When I had a question about something with the job they were out the same day to answer my question and fixed what I thought didn't look right but it was just how the house was built. Great company. Owner Mandy communicated very well and explained the process. The estimated bid was well done with options. It was less than other bids. Workers were fast and efficient. The finished results are great. They replaced a rotted plywood for free. Mandy inspected before and after. Great supervision.
