They got the job done; but I had to write them down pretty hard and call them on some technical things that they tried to do. I actually did more of supervising of the crew than the owner did. They were late in getting the job done. I took off a couple of hundred bucks because they were late. The people seemed to be okay. They seemed to be in a bigger hurry to get it done and move on to the next job. They kind of got backed up due to the bad weather and they couldn't start the jobs. There was a bit of hailstorm. They were moving too fast. They did some sloppy stuff. They were all friendly and nice. When I told them on something, they didn't argue on things. They changed it. The price was better than everybody else.

Sean gave us the lowest bid for the extensive pruning of a never – pruned ancient tree in our backyard. He was able to perform the work within two days of our phone call to him. He completed the work sooner than planned. He cleaned up all of the logs and debris from his work – but also cleaned up probably 2 yd.³ of other debris that we had piled up next to our house, and hauled all of the debris off without any extra charge! He is friendly, honest, hard-working, and very affordable. My wife and I are very pleased with the way our backyard looks now. There's nothing negative to say – he did exactly what he said he would do plus some more for a great price and was a good person to work with. Would recommend him 100%.

The experience was very good. They finished the job on time. They did the work as promised. I was really pleased with their work. Overall, they were very prompt to pick up the phone. Steve was their manager and he was very prompt speaking over the phone. There were no additional charges later on. They were not the lowest bid, but somewhere in the middle. They were very professional. They worked for 5 days. From the time I accepted their bid, they started the work the next day and not a week or two later.

We chose to try Service Pros Idaho. They were rated very highly with the BBB and with HomeAdvisors.com. They were one of four different companies that bid on our project. Although they weren't the lowest bidder, the seemed very professional so we decided to try them. We were very impressed. Their people came out on the day promised, they worked 6 hours straight and completely finished everything we asked and more! Normally, contractors will take a break for lunch and come back later in the day. These people stayed until they finished. They were quiet, professional, complete and if they saw something we hadn't mentioned, but needed to be done...they just did it! We were quite pleased and will re-hire them again in the future. Their company covers quite a lot of services besides landscaping. They will be our go-to people for many other projects!
