I had trouble with it off and on for years.No service for months,when I called to cancel my service do to the fact it had not been working for months. Brandon said I had a contract and he would take me to court,said he does it all the time and I would lose.I thought ok i will just pay for the next 14 months and then be rid of him forever.WRONG! I called him months ahead to make sure my contract would end when contract was up.Wrong again he continued to bill me.I called him again he says now I have to tell him in writing a phone call and end of contract was not enough!! So I had my wife (book keeper) email every email he had to end this rip off!I had no service for the 14 months I paid for and still have NO service!! Guess what ??? He is still billing me! Go to BBB Look up Infiniti security that's who I signed up with,he changed names and phone # mid contract they are the same company with the same owner and address! He has never been BBB certified.I assume the reason Secure Watch is not is because he would have a list of complaints.Call ADT don't be a **** *** like me and pay for the rest of your life.

I stumbled and fell in my kitchen. Fortunately I have my alert system around my neck. I was not able to move so I used my SecureWatch alert system. Live personnel responded over the panel and alerted medical assistance!

As with any security you hope to never use it.We had to last year. I was at work down the road from my house. I received a call saying that my smoke alarm went off. Infiniti Security called the fire department and they were on their way. Nothing was on fire. The blower motor in the furnace seized up and started smoking. The firemen said that had we waited any longer it may have started a real fire. Thank you Infiniti Security for being there when we needed it
