My shingles were failing on my five year old house. Pam and Ken came out and we ultimately decided it was a warranty issue. Pam contacted the factory rep for me and started the process. The manufacturer (IKO) was reluctant to cover the shingles because I was not the original owner of the house. Over the next 18 months we tried working with the manufactuer and Pam and Ken came out to the house about a dozen times to take pictures, pull samples of the defective shingles, and repeat when the warranty people lost the first submissions. I had to submit multiple rounds of information and even had to threaten the manufacturer with a class action lawsuit. Pam at SDB was with me every step of the way and we were finally able to get the manufacturer to cover the entire cost of a new roof. The SDB Roofing crew replaced my roof in four days and did an excellent job. The roof has many complex angles and they paid extra attention to problem areas, painted the vents, and cleaned the site up. Pam, Ken, and the entire crew were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them for any roofing job.

They did an amazing job. I was truly impressed at how quickly and efficient they were. The crew was professional as they worked around my home. They didn't even mind my four kids as they watched them work.

This was a replacement due to the roof tiles failing under warranty. SDB Roofing did all the work of filing our claim with the tile manufacturer. When our claim was approved, SDB contacted the roofer and we had our new roof in less than two weeks. They did the job quickly and did a great job of cleaning up any nails that fell in the yard. They even took care of having our satellite dish reset when they finished.
