S & S SEAMLESS RAIN GUTTERS

S&S did a great job. Gutters were installed well and at a great cost. It was a pleasure working with Robb.

Not very good. Within 20 - 30 minutes of the crew's arrival, I noticed a large bowing up of the front edge of my roof that wasn't there before. Upon further questioning and examination, the crew had split into 2 groups of 2 men each; there was a "supervisor" but he was too busy answering cell calls and pulling parts from the truck and trailer to watch. I got his attention and asked lots of questions. He finally came to the "bad" group and had them do one area all over again. I was NOT happy at all with the look or results of their "work". I called the owner, and sent him a few photos to his phone. Within a day he came over and was upset with what he found. Essentially, he re-did over 2/3 of the job on his own and apologized for the crew. He admitted the bowing of the roof was due to the fact the crew simply didn't take the time and CAREFULLY remove the old gutter properly. They basically started with a crow bar and a hammer and to H*** with whatever was in the way.

Since we never did receive a call, we called them. They had their Installer call us to schedule the work for January 29, 2015. The installer called several times that he was coming, but never showed. He called the next morning and asked if it was okay to go to another job before coming to do ours and we told him "okay". But he never showed and did not call. So we then entered the weekend not knowing if we would get the work done on Monday or what! The Installer called on Monday to say that he was ill and that another Installer had been sick affecting his schedule, therefore he would definitely be out on Tuesday (February 3rd) to do the work. Guess what? No show and no call! So, we called their office explaining our experience and told them to cancel our order! Update- Installer showed up at 8:30AM on February 4th and we let him proceed with the work. Completed to our satisfaction.....

Brad from S and S Gutters came out at a convenient time to give me an estimate. The price quoted was lower than I expected so I set up an install date immediately. The job would require four downspouts but rather than charge me for extra downspouts, Brad suggested reusing the two I already had attached to the house.Their schedule was busy, but they were able to come out within a week. The work was done while I was at work. When I came home, I noticed that the new gutters blended well with color of the trim of my vinyl siding. They left my yard exactly as I left it, without any bits or pieces in the grass for my dog to chew. I was very happy with their work!
