 + -1 moreWe needed a reroof, but we also had a roof leak. I arranged an appointment with Roy, and he arrived ten minutes early to discuss the roof leak. Made repairs to fix the leak the next day just prior to rain. Unfortunately it needed more than just that fix, and we bit the bullet for an entire reroof. Roy was the lowest of our bids, and he got right to work and finished the job within a few days. Three weeks and no leaks, and no complaints.
Description of Work: Reroof -- applied new shingles over old.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. The quote was very thorough and provided more information as to what was being completed in comparison to competitive estimates I received. They were very clean, the price remained the same and they were not as expensive as the other competitors. He is licensed also. They used quality materials to complete the work.
Description of Work: They added a new layer of 30 year shingles, installed new flashings with guaranteed workmanship for 10 years.
