It went great! Ali, a Right Now tech, was prompt and the consummate professional. He explained everything, systematically eliminated more serious problems, and then, as it turned out, all that needed to be done in order to cool the house quicker was to top off the freon. I have used Right Now for many years and have ALWAYS been treated like family. If I could, I'd give my phone number and talk to anyone that was thinking of which HVAC business to go with. Jeff Cox, you and your team ROCK!!!
