The plumber forgot to tighten the drain on the bathtub and it just leaked for a year until it was so compromised that it was leaking from the second floor into the kitchen

Fast and Professional

The bathroom is beautiful but it was kind of expensive. The sales person was inaccurate on what he said would happen which slowed the project down a bit. When they finally did make it out to complete the bathroom they did not bring enough flooring pieces to finish the floor in one day. They were accommodating in working with my schedule because I not take more time off from work for the second days work.

The workers were polite and on time. They answered all of my questions. As they removed things through the house they cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with their professionalism. I was also given very clear instructions on the best way to clean my new shower.

The work was done professionally and perfectly.

Kevin Moore, the installer, explained installation process, cleaning products to use and what not to use. We were involved in seat, shelf and grab bar placements. He explained the curing time of the sealant. He covered our flooring with protective mats, vacuumed and cleaned up after the work was done. He was friendly and answered our questions. Great job!

They arrived on time, completed the job in half a day, and did a beautiful job. I did think they were pretty expensive.

They showed up on time, did very good work and did not leave a mess. I did not fine any sawdust in my house after they left!

just the fact it only took half a day and it is beautiful!!!!! your employees were professional and very polite, they didn't mind all the tours of other family members coming in to see.
