O’Connor Building & Design, LLC was easy to work with regarding schedule, came with hard and accurate working staff, used high quality materials, and built a high quality fence and gates. Moreover they were polite, took pride in their work, and kept a tidy job site. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

They built the fence 1 foot off the original property line. One gate post had to be dug out and reset because they only had concrete around half the post. Another post rotted out after only 5 years. They didn't screw in the top rail on one section so the gate sagged. I had to dismantle the fence, pull the top rail back into the bracket and secure it with screws. Not happy with the quality of their work.

Don was great to communicate with. Flexible as we made a change. He also picked up and installed some new sod where construction had damaged it.

Customer focused service! You collaborated on what you want and what is possible. We got everything we wanted: beauty and safety for our large koi pond. They kept us informed during the entire build. The four service gates we needed blended in nicely. The wrought iron gate added value to our home/yard while rendering the upmost safety and security for our grandchildren: prevent accidental drowning. Money well spent!

Don, made it sound like he could handle a full remodel and would pass inspection. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Windows & New Sliding Glass Door were installed completely incorrect. The roofing above our fireplace was nailed down with underlayment nails and would have blown right off. He also was very verbal with the contractor that noticed the faulty work and questioned their knowledge. Don may seem like a stand up guy, but unless he's fixing your fence, then don't utilize him for anything else. Stick to fences, Don.

Don was great at getting the paperwork done, hiring the different contractors, and seeing that things were done correctly. Update: 02/28/2023 Don, the contractor hired the tradesmen and made sure all of the proper forms were filed correctly. When there was an issue, Don had the guys come back and fix the problem. He stayed on top of things and got back to me within 12 hours of contacting him. I really liked not having to deal with hiring the different trades and dealing with the paperwork.

OConnor Building and Design was professional in both their bidding and construction processes. They built the fence within budget and in the specified time frame. The team who built it were really great to work with and we would recommend OConnor Building and Design to any of our friends and neighbors that are looking for a quality fence construction company.

Don provided a competitive bid for my fence project and completed the job within a very short time schedule. The materials and work are top notch and the 115' of fencing plus two gates were completed in two days. I'm very happy with the project and would recommend this company for any similar fencing work.

This company did a great job for me. Starting with the bidding process which came in as the best of three other companies for the removal and reconstruction of my side yard cedar picket fencing. The bid was not only fairly priced but done with detail as to what type of materials would be used and what services could be expected within the quote. Don was professional and pleasant to work with and answered any questions I had. They got my job scheduled very quickly after acceptance of the bid. When he and his crew began the work, I was impressed with their organizational skills in handling the materials they would need for the job followed by how quickly they removed the old fencing and got it off my property. The crew was prompt in arriving and went right to work wasting no time. The same the second day arriving at the time they promised and working steadily until it was finished and they cleaned up and left. Very professional, polite, hard working crew. I enjoyed having them on my property. Kudos for their professional behavior, their craftsmanship and excellent work ethic. I will hire them for any job I might need in the future and will gladly recommend them to any one who asks. They offer other services besides fencing.
