It was a constant battle to get the work done, the dollar amount kept changing, getting higher and higher once the work was started and the house was a disaster. He never cleaned up unless we did it or complained. Work was supposed to be completed end of May, was still not done in September. Came in at 3 times the original bid, with almost no changes to contract. Hard to work with, way too expensive. The only way people showed up half the time was if I kept bugging Don, or I contacted them myself. After the fact we found out his license is under another name, and for septic services, not general contractor.

Don is a great general contractor who believes in keeping to set timelines, doing quality work, and staying in good communication with clients. I trusted him in my home and felt very confident from day one my laundry room would be built to code and done correctly. I'm very satisfied and no longer have laundry in the garage

They did a good job, cleaned up the area and were always on time. The price was fair and I would definitely hire them again.

The company did a very good job on our fence. They were easy to work with and responded quickly to all our questions. In particular I really appreciated Mr. O Connor s communication skills. Our project was shared with a neighbor, so good communication was very important to keep us all on the same page. I also appreciated the fact that I was told in advance when to expect the workmen, and they always arrived when they said they would. The project ran smoothly, I was always kept in the information loop, and the outcome was what I hoped for. I highly recommend this company.

Mr. O'Connor came when he said he would, very professional, great work. Would hire him anytime.

Unfortunately, we had to hire another contractor. Don, was not qualified to do this project. Our new contractor uncovered more damage to our home. Don cut two major studs of our frame, while cutting he knicked several wires in the wall that he covered up with electrical tape! He also ran a gas line in our wall using 15 joints instead of going underneath our home. Again, way out of his area of knowledge. We are very angry that a person would represent themselves as having the credentials and completely be out of their league. In fact, after we discovered of of his errors we looked online and his license is actually for sanitation? is Google reviews of five stars are all from building fences. We wish we would have checked his credentials further and called referrals. We paid $1,000 deposit and now have to pay more to correct his errors before even starting this project again. This has been a nightmare. all I can recommend is please do your homework before hiring even a five-star contractor off Home Advisor.

Repaired a broken fence post. Was professional and did an excellent job.

Don and his crew did a fantastic job fixing our fence and building new gates. I love the box he made for our pool switches. I plan to use his services again for some other projects!!!

O’connor Const did a great job helping me design and build my fence. There were some obstacles that they had to figure out and they took care of them quickly. My fence looks great and I will recommend them to others.

Don and his crew worked very hard and efficiently. Very nice men and we are pleased with the job they did.

His pricing was very fair and I didn't feel pressured to accept his proposal immediately. I will definitely retain his services again. In short I was very satisfied with this entire project from start to finish.
