Don, made it sound like he could handle a full remodel and would pass inspection. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Windows & New Sliding Glass Door were installed completely incorrect. The roofing above our fireplace was nailed down with underlayment nails and would have blown right off. He also was very verbal with the contractor that noticed the faulty work and questioned their knowledge. Don may seem like a stand up guy, but unless he's fixing your fence, then don't utilize him for anything else. Stick to fences, Don.

Unfortunately, this home owner took the advice of a friend who pretends to understand construction. I've been doing these types of projects for 35 plus years and have never had a window leak or door leak due to installation. It is funny how family or friends all of a sudden become construction experts when a project is undertaken. [Member Name Removed] was looking for a way out of his contract and decided to break the contract and had to use an excuse to do so. Even though I had spent several months putting the project together and have not been compensated for my time.

He did run into some problems but was resourceful overcoming the unusual problem. Everything now works to our satisfaction. Very fair in his pricing, would definitely hire again when we have a problem that we need fixed.
Description of Work: raised gate on a vinyl fence above the the newly laid sod so that the gate would open and close.

It went great, I am very happy with the job. They where very professional, and up front with everything. The job was done in two days just like Don said it would be, but it looks very professionally done. I could mot ask for more.
