The estimate process was excellent and they were professional.

The job could not have gone better! I got an estimate from Dennis and the work was scheduled for November. Dennis and his crew showed up on time. We went over again to make sure the work to be done was correct. Work was performed very professionally. The yard was left much cleaner than when they arrived. Dennis even mentioned a branch of another tree should be removed, he did it at no additional charge. The trim job looks great and will be much easier to handle in years to come. A Big THANK YOU to Dennis and his great crew for the excellent job!

I used Meridian Tree Service a couple years ago and then again recently. They do great work and are competitively priced. What impressed me most this time was the clean up - as they worked, branches were all over the driveway. It had rained so I thought the little, water soaked bits would be left behind, but when they left the driveway was spotless.

Dennis and crew did an excellent job for us! One tree had a fairly narrow drop zone and it was downed with no problem or damage. Clean up was as good as it gets.

We called Meridian Tree after researching Angie's List. Tina scheduled Dennis to come and give us a price estimate. He arrived on time and provided a written quote on the spot and we agreed to proceed. He said that we would receive a call from Tina the Friday before the week the work would be performed. Tina called to schedule the following Wednesday, but we had a schedule conflict, so she said she would see if she could call other customers to see if we could be moved to another day. She did and we were moved up to Monday. On Monday, Dennis and his 2 men, arrived on time, fully equipped, including a stump grinder, and completed the work promptly. They even cleaned up the stump grinder debris and removed it, and then, raked up the minor debris between the backyard work site, AND the path through the front yard to their street located chipper. We could not be more pleased!

I would have considered using them but scheduling wasn't going well. They quoted me $500. I felt they were knowledgeable, very responsive and they would have been a good choice. They're a very established firm.

Very good. Company was very busy and the lady I spoke stated she would call me and schedule in a week or two. She called two weeks later and scheduled it. The guy responded and actually trimmed another small tree for me for free. They did allot of work and cleaned everything up. They are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful service! I called for an estimate for some work on some old trees in my moms yard and Dennis came right out. We had questions about some of the older trees in the yard and he answered all our questions, recommending which ones were diseased and should be removed and which ones were healthy and could stay with a good pruning. He explained each option and and quot;showedand quot; us the state of all the trees, (didn't just wave a hand and say and quot;this has to goand quot; and and quot;this can stayand quot; like others had done.) He explained the condition of each tree and what our options were. This was very helpful and informative. We immediately accepted their bid and set up an appointment. Dennis and Tyler showed up on the scheduled day and started right in on the work. During the whole process, when we would stick our and quot;nosey-parkerand quot; outside, Dennis answered all our dumb questions and explained what was going on. It took them one afternoon and the following morning to complete the work. One tree was up and over the roof of the deck and another was out over the fence into the neighbors yard and not a single branch touched our deck roof or the fence. A few of the branches that fell into the neighbors yard, were promptly removed and cleaned up. It was amazing to watch. My mom was so impressed with their professionalism and how well they treated us, especially with her being an 82 year old woman, that she decided Dennis was her new best friend! Not once did Dennis talk down to us or dismiss our annoying, curious questions. After their work was done, they cleaned everything up so well, that if the trees hadn't been gone, you would never have known they had even been there. Exceptional job done by exceptional people. Thank you so much...we won't have to use Angies List for tree work any more because this is a contact card we will be keeping. ;-)

Meridian tree service removed one large spruce from the front of our north end home as well as two smaller junipers. Our phone call for a quote was responded to politely and quickly. Dennis came to the house on time and gave us a very reasonable and detailed quote for the removal and stump grinding. They called ahead to confirm the date. The crew showed up promptly when we expected them. The trees were removed, the stumps ground, and the site was immaculate when they were finished. You can't tell that the trees were even there. Highly satisfied and highly recommended!

We had a large pine tree 20+feet tall that had started to die and needed to be removed. Dennis came out and gave us a bid and then came about two weeks later to remove the tree. They cut it down and removed the stump. While he was on the ladder, he noticed our rain gutters were full of leaves and gunk and cleaned them out also! Was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again for any tree services we need.

From the initial call for an estimate, to the on-site bid, to the service being done was a positive experience. They did a great job and cleaned up well. The crew arrived and started work promptly at 8:30 AM and worked until complete. They did an excellent job cleaning up the limps, leaves, saw shavings, and left the yard as they found it. They were very professional and courteous. We would definitely hire them again.

The owner arrived on time after providing an estimate about two weeks prior. Both assignments were completed in a professional and timely manner. Ninety percent of the mess was cleaned up before he and his helper left the job site. I was very satisfied with their work. I would definitely use their service again.

We called Meridian Tree Service about getting a bid two weeks before the actual start of the project. We set up an appointment to meet with them on the following Monday so we could show them what we needed done. Meridian Tree Service arrived right on time. We did a quick walk-around of the yard so we could show them what needed to be done. The meeting went well and we received a bid from them on the spot. Having met with two other companies about getting bids for our tree removal, we decided to go with Meridian Tree Service because of their focus on customer service and their bid price. Meridian Tree Service let us know that they would call the line locating company to mark our yard to ensure they wouldn't damage any power or gas lines. The line locating company arrived within two days to mark lines. On the following Monday, a large wood chipper pulled up to our house right on schedule. After chatting with them briefly, their team quickly got to work on our backyard. They carefully dug around the maple tree to locate and move the landscaping lighting cables and sprinkler lines. They moved all our perma-bark into piles prior to beginning work. The first thing they did was to remove the lower branches. They continued this process about half way up the tree. This was the same method they used on the tree in the front yard. After the tree was prepped, they attached a rope to the upper section so the fall could be directed. Then they cut the trunk very low to the ground while another person pulled the tree in the direction they wanted it to fall. It took them about fifteen minutes to cut down the tree. All the branches, leaves and wood were fed into the wood chipper. After the tree was cut down, they brought in the trunk removal machine which ground the trunk down about six inches below the surface. They cleaned up the area, returned the sprinkler line to its original location and moved on to the other two stumps. It took them about an hour to get the tree cut down and all three stumps removed. Meridian Tree Service followed the same process in the front yard. This was a much larger three but they were done on on the road in about an hour. I will definitely be using their services again. had our yard checked for power-lines, etc. before beginning work. They were very careful with our sprinkler lines, they cleaned up the job site very carefully and they were very careful on our lawn. I was very pleased with the price and the service. The office staff was very professional and friendly. I will be using this service again when the need arises.

They have always removed every semblance of the trees, and always clean up after every job. Their prices are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this tree service anywhere.
