He arrived exactly when he said he would, was prepared to do the job as we had described it, and did an excellent job. We were impressed that, although his cell rang several times, he didn't interrupt the progress of the job to take the calls, or charge us for time while he took them. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why he chose the method and parts that he used. We would call him again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Replaced shut off valve to main water line for our home, 2 other smaller repairs.
