 + -1 moreI had no problem with them, and they came back out. There was a sensor thing and I didn't know how to do it, so he came back out and made an adjustment. It was put on the black side and I needed it on the red side, but I didn't know how to do that and I didn't want to break it.

Description of Work: I had Pella fiberglass windows installed in my entire house. This included reconfiguring four openings to different sizes. Working with Lowes to get the initial estimate was mostly good. They had a sale so I got a great product at a terrific price. MB construction, the installer, was terrific. They were punctual, cleaned up as they went, protected my floors, and responded well to the unexpected. I would use them again any time.

 + -1 moreWe bought the carpet to replace the nasty stuff in a house we just bought. We removed the old carpet and pad. They were all courteous and professional - all the guys in the carpet department and the actual carpet installer.
Description of Work: We bought about 1100 s.f.. of basic carpet from Lowe's and had it installed by them. They use a sub-contractor to install it but you still pay for it all at Lowe's.

 + -1 moreLowes was having a promotion for a rebate on major appliances and it saved us about $120, but we didn't know that when we went in. We bought a brand new refrigerator and the control panel for the freezer compartment wasn't working. Lowes sent out a repairman, but he said that we would just be better off replacing it with a totally new refrigerator. It was a Samsung brand and they told us this issue was a very, very rare problem with Samsung. In fact, they get very few service calls for Samsung. They came in to take out the old-new fridge and replaced it with another new one in a matter of days.
Description of Work: My old refrigerator had died and we had to purchase a new one.
