Description of Work: Gale was prompt for our first appointment, walked through our house & made excellent suggestions for furniture, picture placement. Listened attentively to our ideas for updating. We decided to focus first on the tv room. She gave us ideas for colors and materials for furniture and window treatments. She accompanied me twice to Budget blinds to pick out materials and colors for the windows. We were always able to contact her with any questions. Our business with Gale is ongoing and we couldn't be more pleased with how it has progressed so far.

Description of Work: Gale is a wonderfully competent professional. She came to my home and re-arranged my furniture, hung pictures and provided additional suggestions for future decorating projects. Her hourly rate is extremely reasonable and she really packs her time with action. I could barely keep up with her. Besides which, she is a lovely, warm and engaging woman.

Description of Work: Gale spent about four hours with me setting up my new home. We moved some furniture, picked out and hung many pictures and then went shopping for some decorator items. We set up the living, dining and kitchen areas, a den and started the bedrooms. We'll finish the bedrooms in early August.

Description of Work: Gayle came to my home, on time, one week after I first called. She accommodated my request for a specific time outside of normal business hours. I didn't know what I was going to do in my home, I just knew that I needed help making my home more livable, comfortable and pleasant to the eye for my family and those who would come to visit. She came in and listened to me. She was excited and prepared. She made a couple of suggestions and we started moving furniture to other areas of the room until it all started coming together! Gayle helped me to place various items, like lamps and pictures, in strategic places. She was very positive and did not suggest that I purchase something else. She gave me the feeling that the furnishings I already owned were so beautiful! The first room we worked on was the main living room as you enter our home. It was rarely occupied and now it is so welcoming and beautiful. We love to be in there!

Description of Work: Wow, my house looks absolutely wonderful and I have Gale to thank for that. I've worked with Gale before and knew the miracles she could make happen, but this even exceeded my expectations. I flew Gale to Boise to spend 3 days over a weekend at our new home to make the transformation happen. My husband was quite skeptical at first; he just couldn't imagine that someone could come into our house and make it look so different, welcoming, and comfortable. Well, he is now a believer, to say the least. Gale was able to use everything that we both deemed necessary to make our house reflect our tastes, and the way in which she could mix our two different tastes was, in fact, a miracle. My husband is so happy to see his many paintings, clocks, and items of interest used throughout the house and feels that the house does, indeed, reflect both our personalities.

Description of Work: I needed someone to come to my home to help me figure out how to arrange my furniture and had questions about paint colors and general decorating.

Description of Work: Gale came to my client's home and walked thru taking notes on various things the seller could do to make the home more marketable. She then sent detailed notes along with a diagram for furniture placement so the seller could implement her ideas.

Description of Work: Gale has assisted me with a number of move-ins and miscellaneous decorating projects. I am currently in the process of moving to a new home in Boise. She helped me select several new pieces of furniture and an area rug for the new great room, and of course, considered my own and my husband's preferences. She took into consideration our choice of wall and carpet colors and made everything work beautifully. Gale always utilizes my accessories and artwork and ensures that everything comes together in a manner that reflects our personal style. She also helped with the placement of cherished family pieces to make my new Tuscan kitchen warm and welcoming.

Description of Work: Gale Napier came to my house for an initial visit, which cost $75. She made a detailed list of staging priorities for our home. I then chose to hire her to do the things she suggested. She shopped for the items needed, which I then rented from her. She then helped unclutter specific shelves and rooms, and she utilized items in our home to their greatest advantage. After she was done, we put our house on the market and it sold in one week. We then used her to help us decorate our new home. She was able to show us how to place our existing furniture and artwork in ideal locations, as well as shop for a few special items that were needed to pull together the new space.

Description of Work: I called Gale to ask for information about staging a home for resale. My condo had been on the market for 2 mos. with no interest or offers. She came to the house and in 45 min. she gave me very specific suggestions on what to move, re-move, change and add to show the house to its fullest potential. The next person who looked at the house 2 days later made an offer for full price and bought the house. We are now using Gale to help us upgrade the home we are moving into.
