Description of Work: They were hired to repair and reroof my shed. They didn't replace the damaged wood on half the shed and instead of informing me that my building had settled they removed the hurricane brackets raised the trusses up to level and re shingled the roof. When they removed the hurricane brackets because my building had settled the walls fell in about 1 inch. Before they started my building was sealed and painted. Now I have a separation in the soffit boards and side walls. We had a water leak and I did not know that the building had settled. I would have releveled the building if they would have informed me. They did not have permission to remove my trusses and now I am left with a mess. My trim boards have a nice curve because they released the trusses. They would not fix their mess.

Description of Work: Put on new roof

Description of Work: My shingles were not staying sealed down on my garage, home, shed and pump house. Idaho Roofing was hired to remove and repair the roof in all areas where potential damage had occurred due to defective shingles. Everyday there were multiple pieces of shingles that had blown off from various storms. They put down new felt, shingles and flashing. To date I have had no problems with the roof on any of the buildings and not a single shingle has come off. We live in the foothills where we sometimes have very high winds. They put more nails in each shingle to accommodate for the high wind potential.
