Very unorganized, had to come by twice because they didn't bring what was needed the first time. Both times they were super early and not within the time frame that was scheduled. It threw a wrench in things because of my work schedule. The communication and scheduling needs to be more organized along with the work orders.

I had Austin help out with my job and that guy did a great job. Super quick and efficient. A very professional worker and got it done.

I am not happy at all with these dead beats. They were suppose to assemble a pantry cabinet but they did not get it assembled after 4 hours. They were going to finish but never came back. I called them again. They did not call me back. They are not reputable and do not treat customers with respect.

Professional; excellent job

Did the installation very well and in a very small time. He communicated with us before doing the installation to understand what needed to be done. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job. I am an out of town owner and IPM made it possible to have the damage repaired that was caused by a leaking roof. New sheetrock, insulation, and painting. Then I had them paint the exterior of the duplex. They worked well with the tenants too.

Handyman did a great job and cleaned up after.

I needed to have two shelves hung in my bathroom and I was so happy with Idaho Property Maintenance Co. The handyman arrived on time, completed hanging the shelves quickly & did a great job of cleaning up the work space when done.Plus Customer Service called me right after and asked me if I was satisfied with the work. I now have someone to call for any further household maintenance.

Very fast and professional work

Claimed to be experts. The owner was over the top liar. Called them several times to fix issues with the fence, and they never responded. I heard the man make a snide comment when he thought I was not within ear shot. Poor business practices.

I had an situation where I needed help that day. The owner called me right back and they were out in less than hour to fix the problem. I have found contractor to be harsh or just be busy, but these people were the politest I have ever dealt with. I will use them again. Their response time is the best I have ever seen.
