+ -1 moreIt went very well. Aaron was extremely thorough and showed me what the problems were and their remedies with costs. We agreed on a preliminary course of action and repairs which he finished very quickly. He was great to work with! I now have an appointment to look at my whole system to decide next steps. The dispatch was excellent too. I explained I had a vet appointment and she helped work around it. Overall, a very good experience.

I really appreciated Bryan's expertise on redesigning the duct work, which 3 other HVAC companies did not offer, to improve the heating of 3 chronically cool rooms. Mike, the lead tech, is outstanding in his knowledge and patience dealing with the installation and the customer. Excellent job. I would highly recommend Idaho heating and air for any HVAC work. The unit installed was just the right size for warmth in the Winter and cooling in the summer. The owners and crew are very informative about the work to Be done in understandable terms. I would have them back anytime.
