Idaho Fireplace and Chimney

Very disappointing. Would definitely not recommend!!!!

My experience with this business is top notch. I can't say enough good points about Idaho Fireplace and Chimney! He saved me! My only heat source in my home is my wood stove. I was told by another fireplace company in Boise that I couldn't install a new wood stove, it wasn't possible to replace my existing wood stove (pretty sure they didn't want to do the work and just sell me a pellet stove). Richie made it happen. I got a new stove and new liner and for a reasonable price. It was probably more work than he realized, but he was gracious and polite and professional. He made happen what SEVEN other companies said they would not or could not do. Thank you so much! I'm so happy and I want your business to thrive and I know it is...because you are the best in the Valley! Hire them today for an inspection/cleaning. Had I hired them years ago to inspect or clean my stove, I probably would have found out sooner the problem I had and not wasted a bunch of time on other companies.

We were having issues with out gas fireplace. They came out to clean the fireplace, and perform general maintenance, and were able to fix all the problems.

They had great consistency and work ethic was fantastic. They left with out leaving a mess! They are good value for your money compared to competitors, they went above and beyond!

Ritchie was knowledgeable and punctual. He was easy to work with.
